Still remains.Within the sound of silence.

Pain For Pleasure

2 weeks ago i went on wildest trip of my life. I cant really put the EPICness of the trip into words. But Death Rider can. Check out his blog for every thing awesome. What I can talk about though is the hardest thing i have ever done. Stepping up to expert. For 2013 I will be racing for Team Hollywood Cycles, and I couldn't be more excited. On May 19th we raced the Wolly. Gray skys and tacky trails made for one hell of a ride. My goals, to not get last, and to not get passed by a comp rider. The result, 18th over all and 2nd in class. All in all I am good at suffering, Ive put my self through multiple marathons and plenty of overly long gravel grinders. And while those races are fun, all the endurance in the world dosent help when it comes down to putting down the Intensty. The pace was like nothing Ive experienced before it was truly epic. Speaking of Epic things, Todd Bauer takes the best darn photos, you should check them out, and buy a few.

so much pain, but so much fun
I cant wait for mount Kato, 5 seasons ago that was my first ever mtb race as a citizen. I broke my chain, DNF'd and talked the promoter into letting me race sport for no extra charge after I my chain. That was it, i was hooked. Going into this season I have so much excitement, and this killer theme song. Party On!
